Shipping Policy

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase has been completed. Please allow 2-3 business days processing time for your order. After your order has processed, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking information. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 5:00pm Friday will begin processing and shipping time on Monday (or the following business day for holidays).

*Please make sure to check the shipping information that you have entered to ensure that you have provided complete and accurate information. If you are shipping to an apartment, be sure to include the apartment or unit number. Lindsey Love Beauty, LLC is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address as a result of inaccurate information provided by the customer and will not replace or refund any item(s) if any such instance does occur. 


We utilize USPS to ship and deliver all of our orders. We assume responsibility for your order until it has been delivered to the post office. Once your order has reached the post office we are no longer in control of the shipment and/or delivery of your purchase. In the event of a lost or stolen package, you must contact the USPS for a resolution.  Shipment delivery time will vary based on the shipping option chosen at checkout.
