Due to the nature of the items sold and for sanitary purposes, there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it.
If a product is defective or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item to be eligible for an exchange.
DAMAGED ITEM REPLACEMENT
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The item you are attempting to replace must be unused. We may request photos prior to you returning the item to determine if the item is damaged and/or used. If you feel your item is damaged or defective and would like to inquire about having it replaced, please include your order # in the subject line and send us an email at:
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. If it is determined that the item is damaged, we will cover the shipping costs of your replacement.
The time it may take to receive your replacement item will vary dependent upon your location and USPS shipping timeframes.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $75 value, we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen return items. We will not issue a replacement for an item that has not been received. Your item will be evaluated based on the state it is in when it arrives.
